At Little Moments, each personalised photo magnet is made especially for you. Because our products are customised with your chosen photos, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or there is a mistake with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to find the best solution.

Please make sure all photos and order details are correct before submitting your order, as we cannot be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
